Returns Policy
We get it, sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window from the day your order arrives at your doorstep.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item needs to be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you got it.
- With all tags attached,
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us won’t be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@solzi.com.au and we’ll get you sorted.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you:
- A return shipping label
- Clear instructions on how (and where) to send it back
Damaged, Wrong, or Faulty Items
Oh no! If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered let us know ASAP with photos.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? The quickest way is to return your item (once accepted) and grab the new one in a separate order.
Refunds
Once your return lands back with us and we’ve checked it over:
- We’ll let you know if it’s approved.
- Refunds go straight back to your original payment method.
- Allow up to 10 business days for your bank’s usual processing time.
