- We’re just as excited as you are to get your order on its way! Here’s the lowdown on how shipping works at SOLZI:
Processing Times
- Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days (because we want your goodies heading your way ASAP).
- You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on the move.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (because sometimes you just can’t wait).
- Shipping times are estimates provided by our carriers — once it leaves us, it’s in the hands of Australia Post.
International Shipping - currently unavailable
Shipping Costs
- We keep it simple: $10 flat rate shipping Australia-wide.
- Free standard shipping on Aussie orders over $100 (because who doesn't love free shipping?)
- Express shipping may be available for an additional fee.
Tracking Your Order
All orders come with a tracking number, so you can stalk your parcel's every move from us to your doorstep.
Delays & Lost Parcels
Sometimes things happen outside our control (weather, postal delays). If your order seems MIA, contract us at hello@solzi.com.au and we'll help track it down.
Important Notes
- Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. We can't take responsibility for orders sent to the wrong address provided.
- Risk passes to your once your order is delivered to your nominated address.
